We then create the working methodology needed for setting-up and capturing the hard assets in question. The next phase is the physical audit, where highly trained GIACS/Hardcat onsite Project Managers barcode and digitally photograph, if needed, all hard assets and organize all asset data for uploading to the Hardcat database. When the hard asset inventory database cataloging is complete and implemented, a Project Manager will provide GIACS/Hardcat expert methodology management and maintenance training for your firms project point person. Audit & Reconciliation Services GIACS, Inc. will complete an Audit Inventory and reconcile it with your existing internal Audit database. If no asset tracking system in place, we will help you establish the initial inventory. by performing an initial audit, where we will barcode all assets, and collect all asset information so it can be uploaded into the Hardcat database software program. By completing the inventory, we can then implement the database methodology and the support to manage these assets into the future. Web-Based End-User Interface This system allows client’s IT managers, accountants, audit controllers and purchasers to utilize and benefit from real-time access to the company’s Hardcat database reports and data files for 24/7 data analysis.
